Returns & Exchanges

If you or your pet aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code.

  Print Label

  Select the items you wish to return and print the prepaid shipping label provided.

• 3.
  Pack Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and attach the return shipping label.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed once inspected.
